1. My address shows as invalid/ no delivery options exist at my address. What do i do?

-> This indicates the entered pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners. However, it can be sent via Speed Post. Please note that orders sent via Speed Post will take longer as compared to private courier partners, and cooperation is requested in this regard. For such cases please do call us before placign the order. 

 

2. Can i pay cash on delivery?

-> We do not offer COD on our merchandise yet. You may complete your order via credit card/ debit card/ netbanking. If these are not available, you may do a cash deposit in our bank account. 

 

3. How do I know if any discount coupons exist? 

-> Discount coupons may be communicated through any of below channels:

 Regardless of the source of the coupon, there may be a limit on the number of redemptions and a validity date beyond which the coupon will not work. 

 

4. Can i get bulk discounts?

-> Some of our items already show the special offers on multiple quantities upfront on the product pages. If you do not find such information, or if you are looking to purchase in bulk (more than 5 units), you can send us an email an we shall get back to you with a customized offer/ quote.

 

 5. When do i get my order after it has been dispatched?

-> Delivery Times vary by region, source and destination of products, and are comprised of 2 components - Handling/ Dispatch Time and Transit Time. Generally, for sports goods and large items the delivery time is 7-10 working days for most well-connected cities, while for smaller items the delivery time varies from 4-7 days. For remote locations, north-eastern states and states requiring regulatory paperwork and procedures, it may take longer.
