Shipping & Delivery Policy

Huligun® is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays due to dependency on courier/ transport partners' working schedule. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in the shortest span of time, we ship through various channels,  courier agencies, Govt Postal Service, etc. For products fulfilled by third party merchants, the mode of transport and timelines may vary. However, due to the nature of some of our products they may be transported only via surface, thus taking longer to arrive.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

We use a combination of weight-based and item-specific shipping charges. For multiple products ordered, if all of the products in your cart are based on weight-shipping, then a shipping fee is calculated based on total weight of the orders. If one or more items are based on specific shipping costs, then these costs will be added. However, some of the items may have free-shipping facility, in which case you do not pay for delivery. 

Our prices are inclusive of taxes, except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There may be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region; In such case if demanded at time of delivery by Courier persons, buyer will have to pay the octroi charges in cash at the applicable rate as specified by the Government from time to time. 

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days (most orders are dispatched within 1 day). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. For remote areas or regions requiring handover across multiple courier vendors and delivery chain, the orders may take longer to arrive. Note that for orders dispatched via India Post, if for any reason the article is marked to be "Undelivered" you may have to collect it in person from you local post ofifce. We do not control operations of India Post hence your cooperation is requested in this regard. 

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please call our customer care at 7760075625 or email us on support@huligun.com mentioning your Order ID immediately (latest within 24 hours). We will personally investigate the matter and resolve the issue to your satisfaction. It is important to refuse delivery for such a package, as acceptance of delivery is treated as delivered in good condition, after which (beyond 24 hours) any damages will be attribued to mishandling and hence not covered under warranty. In the event you need to send us back an order (after getting confirmation from our customer care unit that you can send back the item to us), Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us back the product. Note that return shipping charges in cases of cancellations/ replacements are to be borne by the buyer. We recommend using India Post's Registered Parcel service to allow for minimal expenses, however proper packaging is importat to prevent any damage to the product being returned.  

Additional Important Information:

Due to nature of the products, most products will be shipped via Registered Parcel service of India Post. As we do not control any of India Post's operations, we solely depend on their tracking information and/or complaint responses to determine final status of the order. In the unlikely event the parcel is not delivered to you within 2-3 days of arriving at your city post office, you are requested to contact your local post office and coordinate for delivery/ pickup. Huligun will not be held responsible and/or liabale for the parcel being returned to source after being held at destination post office for prolonged period of time and in absence of any interaction between buyer and post office. We are unable to coordinate with India Post once the parcel leave the source city. In case parcel is returned to the vendor due to being undelivered for any reason, the buyer has the option to request for re-shipping the same by paying additional but nominal charges for re-shipping. If buyer opts for a refund in such a scenario, the refund will be subject to deduction of shipping charges, and a cancellation and processing fee (up to maximum of 5% of order value) may apply.
